In 1994, Mr. David Ray began in the commercial cleaning industry by opening a regional office for Jani-King commercial cleaning services in Las Vegas. Soon the office grew to $200,000 in monthly revenue, which entailed selling and training 50 franchise owners in Las Vegas. After an inter-company transfer to California in 1997, Mr. Ray envisioned opening a professional cleaning organization that provided exceptional service at a fair price. The most important aspect of this exceptional service would be would be doing business as professionals for professionals. The name of this business was All-Clean. Thereafter All-Clean merged accounts and contacts with Vaporlux under the direction of local Las Vegas entrepreneur Mr. Tim Fromhart.
In 2000, the name of All-Clean was changed to ServiceMax. ServiceMax employed a major account strategy while focusing the business on cleaning multi-tenant office buildings 5 days a week. In 2001 Mr. Fromhart opened AirMax and turned over the entire operation of ServiceMax and it's responsibilities to the remaining ServiceMax management team.
From 2002 to 2003, ServiceMax continued to refine and develop their systems. The growth was gradual, but the ServiceMax reputation for providing exceptional service spread throughout their market niche.
The ServiceMax business philosophy is simple; treat our employees fair, pay them higher than other companies in our industry and expect more in the form of commitment and quality. By doing this, our clients enjoy the best available service and continue to spread the word of ServiceMax.
In 2002 ServiceMax also became involved with C.R.E.W., Commercial Women of Southern Nevada (Member of The Year in 2004), as well as becoming a Founding Board Member of B.O.M.A., The Building Owners and Managers Association of Nevada.
In 2004 ServiceMax nearly doubled its revenues. By maintaining its strategy and systems developed through years of experience, ServiceMax will prosper and continue to provide for the 165 employees who call ServiceMax their company.
